1. Relationship disclosure

Jumper | swish2k.com ("Jumper," "Swish2k," "we," "us," or "our") is affiliated with SkyGPC.com ("SkyGPC") for affiliate and operational purposes. All purchases made through swish2k.com are processed using a checkout system owned and operated by SkyGPC.com. Swish2k does not independently process, store, or manage payment transactions.

Customer support, order inquiries, refunds and related support services for purchases made through swish2k.com are owned and handled by SkyGPC.com. Backend systems related to order processing, account access or service delivery may also be owned and operated by SkyGPC.com.

2. Nature of the relationship

swish2k.com operates as a storefront, brand and marketing presence that relies on SkyGPC.com's infrastructure to fulfil transactions. Swish2k may receive compensation, commission or revenue share from sales processed through this shared system. This arrangement does not make swish2k.com and SkyGPC.com a single legal entity, partnership or joint venture, except to the extent necessary to describe the shared checkout and support infrastructure disclosed here.

3. Refunds, support and user acknowledgment

By using swish2k.com and completing a purchase, you acknowledge that payment processing occurs through SkyGPC.com's checkout system, and that any customer service request — billing issues, refund requests, chargebacks, order status or account problems — is handled by SkyGPC.com. SkyGPC.com's privacy policy, refund policy and terms of service apply to the transaction and support process.

4. Limitation of liability

Because checkout and customer support are owned and operated by SkyGPC.com, swish2k is not responsible for payment processing errors, declined transactions, billing disputes or data handling issues occurring within that checkout system, nor for the quality, timeliness or outcome of customer support interactions. Disputes regarding a transaction or support interaction should be directed to SkyGPC.com in accordance with their own terms and policies.

5. Product, licensing and permitted use

Scripts are sold for hardware configuration and educational use only. They run on third-party Cronus Zen hardware (sold separately) and operate at the controller input layer — they do not modify, decompile, intercept or interact with any game software, server or memory, and contain no game code, art, audio or assets.

Scripts are licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use by the original purchaser. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing and use across shared or rented accounts are prohibited. Scripts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including any guarantee of compatibility with future game patches, console firmware updates or hardware revisions.

6. Trademarks and third-party terms

swish2k.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Collective Minds Productions Inc. (maker of Cronus Max / Cronus Zen), any console manufacturer, peripheral maker, game publisher, developer or studio. All product names, brand names, game names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for compatibility identification under principles of nominative fair use.

Use of controller adapters and configurable peripheral hardware may be restricted by individual game terms of service, platform agreements, tournament rules or anti-cheat systems. You assume all risk of account suspension, gameplay penalties or device restrictions, and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable terms and local laws. Scripts must not be used in sanctioned competitive events, official tournaments or prize-money competitions without the operator's express written permission.

7. Compensation disclosure and changes

swish2k.com may receive compensation, commission or a revenue share from sales completed through the shared checkout system. This adds no cost to you. We reserve the right to modify this affiliate and operational relationship, and to update this disclosure, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of swish2k.com following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
